Movement Medicine

Somatic & Trauma-Informed Yoga

“I am letting go, I am going with the flow, and I welcome the perfect unfolding.”

This simple mantra has long guided Lee Ann’s spiritual, emotional, and physical path. It reminds us to drop the urge to rush the journey. By taking each step with presence and ease, we allow the practice to open up space from the inside out.

The Approach:
Rising from the Inside Out

For more than a decade, Lee Ann has been a dedicated student and teacher of yoga's physical and spiritual paths.

While she was first drawn to the mat for the physical "workout," her practice today is entirely a "work-in."

True elevation isn't about pushing your body past its natural boundaries or chasing an idealized pose. Instead, we use movement and posture as a sacred gateway for grounding, clarity, and deep self-awareness.

By using the breath to intentionally slow down, yoga becomes a fluid, moving meditation. It is a somatic practice designed to restore safety to the nervous system while building resilient strength across body, mind, and spirit—allowing you to step above the noise of daily life and meet any crossroad from a place of centered, elevated power.
